stop to do是指停下来去做另外一件事，stop doing 是指停止正在做的事，就是把手头正在做的事情停下。
例句： They stoped talking when the teacher came in 当老师进来时，他们停止了说话（开始在说话）；It\'s too hot, they stop to have a break. 太热了，他们停下来休息（开始在工作，停下去休息）。
